MBA Fund 1 invests in minority entrepreneurs & businesses

Driving growth through business acquisitions, as well as growth equity for scalable business models.

  • Minority Entrepreneurs: African American, Indigenous, and Latinx

  • Businesses located in low-to-moderate income census tracts (inner-city based businesses)

  • At least $1MM in annual revenues with significant upside potential

  • Business to Business or Business to Government business models

  • Strong, actionable growth plan
